Asset Inspection & Audit
Prior to remarketing of your assets our team can inspect and provide reporting demonstrating the current condition of assets. This service can be invaluable in cases where equipment has been leased and gives you the opportunity to discuss damage charges or charges for missing items with the lessee before expiration or termination.

Customer and Technical Support Centre
At the heart of our operation is our Customer and Technical Support Centre. This operates 24/7 always staffed by our support team, thus ensuring that what ever time of the day or night your staff will always be able to speak to a healthcare professional who can discuss and resolve any issues. Also at the centre is our first line repair and loan service.

GARC Extranet
Once you become a client you will be given access to our Extranet whereby you can track sales of any equipment we’re selling on your behalf. You’ll also be able to access; inspection reports, pictures, data wipe certification and other information. The Extranet facility is very effective and has become a major resource for our clients allowing them to track the process of multiple returns from one location.

GARC charges a commission for its remarketing services. Commission levels can be discussed with your account manager but are usually dictated by the amount of the equipment sold through us.
